22-23 Optional Placement and Looping Opt-Out Forms

Good Morning,

It is hard to believe we are getting ready to close the 21-22 school year.  Planning is well underway for the upcoming school year.  We are looking forward to finishing this year strong and to the promises the future school year holds.

If you would like to fill out an Optional Parent Placement Survey please fill out the attached document and return no later than May 20th, 2022.  This form is optional and will be considered when placing your child into their next classroom.  Please note that teacher requests are not accepted.  Thank you!
